The roads to the house are dirt roads for two miles leading to the house, they are bumpy if driving fast, during night time ease of navigation can be reduced. A welcome email will be sent with easy access instructions.

• Maximum occupancy of five guests includes all children and infants.
• Pets may be considered but require prior approval. A pet fee will be charged per stay.

• Discounts: Automatic discounts are applied for stays longer than 7 days and 30 days.
• Watercraft: Two two-person canoes are available for your use. A signed waiver is required prior to use.
• Citrus Big Blue spring is only accessible by water and you would need to take the canoes to visit the spring.
• We can not guarantee water levels in the canal, If Florida is in a drought the water levels may be low.
• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. Please note that Emotional Support Animals are subject to the standard pet fee.
• Security: For your peace of mind, the property exterior is monitored by security cameras.
• Damages: Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses for the repair or replacement of any damages that may occur during the stay, as outlined in the booking confirmation email's Term and Conditions.
