"Only problem is lack of communication. Never answered my email, in house message system or in house text system. Weird because they sent messages on them but don’t read or reply to me. Oh! And just watch out for dodgy plug sockets, I pulled my phone lead out and the socket came with it 😳 Looks like it was stuck in with glue or something"

"We have stayed at this hotel for years. We have always had a good experience. The last 2 stays only had 1 problem. The breakfast buffet's hot items were cold. We did not even try to eat any of the hot items during our last night. This can be easily fixed and we are looking forward to our next trip."

"Property was great and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The breakfast was $19/per person which was a little pricey for what was offered. Also, only one main elevator was working which made it challenging but luckily there was an option to use the stairs. The rooms were very spacious but a little dated, however, there were plenty of outlets and USB chargers in all the nightstands. Bathroom counter was spacious too. Overall a great place to stay!"
