"Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it"

"The Butterfly is a great place to stay. Conveniently located to the Zermatt Train station and the Gornergrate Railway as well. The staff are very attentive and informative about things to do in Zermatt. The Lounge is a fun place to hang out with live music which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this property if you are heading to Zermatt. "

"First time visiting Switzerland. From arriving to the Hotel views were stunning. As it was my Birthday they upgraded me to there biggest suite which was just the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside to take you to the slops which was free and literally 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was amazing literally had everything to pick from. The spa facilities amazing views from the outside pool amazing water was warm everything was perfect. Hope to visit again thank you Eringer for your hospitality."

"This is the best hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything completely stress free. It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny. "
