"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. "Beautiful Location - was great for wedding held at Hackersley Winery.But Very disappointed in the lack of general maintenance & cleanliness.Already sent feedback regarding broken handle on fridge, fan & lighting in bathroom not working- bull ants on sofa and in bed! "The host was very responsive to questions prior and during our stay. The loft apartment was very comfortable to stay in and facilities, including a small walk across the road to the shopping centre and takeaway, made the apartment very appealing. The host left a nice supply of extras, to start our four night stay off well. Will be returning!!"
