"Renovat ng but grest place"

"I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly."

"Just a wonderful experience"

"The Fairfield Inn didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly, room was clean, bed comfy and free breakfast was perfect. The hotel is next to Cracker Barrel which was helpful to grab a meal."

"We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!"

"Edited to meet posting guidelines: Close to shopping. Run down: hot water not available to rooms on the backside of the hotel. No plumbers on site. Ongoing issue. Safe in room locked. Locksmith not available onsite to open for new guests to use. Elevators breakdown miduse. Maintenance not available on site to remedy. Housekeeping available upon request only. Staff manually input room numbers. Cleaning missed as wrong room # written down. Breakfast is questionable. Eggs are made from powder....

"Clean room, plenty of parking, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again."

"Grest"

"The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down."

"Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester"

"Comfortable bed"

"At this point, I have a threshold for expectations. This was a perfectly good hotel to stay at. I would stay here again. However, I would note 2 wishes: 1) While it is nice to have Starbucks coffee available in the lobby, I would have preferred a continental breakfast; upscale breakfast is always preferred (take notes from Europe), but any free breakfast is acceptable. (Although no free breakfast did keep the lobby from being a morning zoo.). 2) I want electric charging stations for vehicles!"

"What impressed us first was the happy welcome by both men at the front desk. Sadly, these days that’s rare in the service industry. Too often the person at the front desk makes it seem as though you are bothering them, forcing them to work there, and they are miserable. Everything else was perfect during our one night stay."

"Bar none the coziest and most homely hotel I've ever stayed in. I was amazed by all the amenities in the rooms, and the incredibly personable host with the most, Larry. Drink options during breakfast were incredibly diverse and surprising. Room had a full-sized fridge, and a very spacious bathroom. Our room was clean and ready to go. Highly recommend everything about the stay, specifically stopping and talking to Larry."
