"Amazing place! Beautifully designed and decorated! Loved the hot tubs, sauna and steam room! Also a great location in a cute little town! It’s within minutes of the thermal river hike! Then told "everything was fine" and it happened again over 6 times throughout the night Then in the morning a security alarm went off. When asking for a partial refund which I think is reasonable considering not much sleeping happened they didn't respond Would not recommend!"
