"While it seems obvious the hotel was recently renovated, it still smelled bad and lacked cleanliness. Staff were apathetic at best"

"Cost effective, quick access to freeway and eateries nearby. Good decision to choose this one over some other well known chains. I will be staying again next week. My air was not working well and the front desk clerk brought me up another key at 10:30 pm to move me across the hall where the air was working and I was able to get some sleep."

"Went to Texas for a funeral. Decided to give this hotel another try because we already had issues in the past. The room was ok except it smelled like mildew. Then after a long drive and even longer day, there was no hot water. Front desk said maintenance was offsite and nothing could be done. So had to go to family house to shower. Saturday prior to funeral at 11 AM shower was still cold. Nothing done. Right before checking out to go back to Ohio, AGAIN SHOWER WAS COLD. front desk said they were giving me a discount but they DID NOT. Said we’re so sorry. I scaled for a different room and due to capacity none were available, but they didn’t even try to fix it. Just go to Holiday inn. Doesn’t smell and I promise if something like this happens there, they get it fixed ASAP. So disappointed"

"They were in the process of updating rooms. Our shower/bathroom was recently updated, but the room carpet was musty and old. Hope this will be updated the next time we come. Good value. "

"Breakfast was really good. A/C was ok, I couldn't get it any cooler and I wanted it cooler. I had trouble getting the ironing board to fold back up after I used it and I had trouble getting the tv screen to shut off. I had to unplug it when I went to sleep. Room and pool were great."

"Check in was so easy and quick, the kids had a blast at the pool, the room was clean and comfy and breakfast was yummy with plenty of options!"
