"While our family had a nice visit and enjoyed the quieter side of the GSMNP, we shared our concerns with the host regarding the cabin's cleanliness. It was not clean.The cabin has plenty of sleeping space, but not a large living room or porch seating for large groups. The theater room and bunk room were enjoyed by the kids. Unfortunately, there are no curtains or blinds in the bunk room, which did not help in the kids sleeping past sunrise.The host seemed receptive to feedback, and if issues are addressed, we would definitely go back, but if not, we would go elsewhere."

"This was an Epically Amazing Experience for my group of 21 of 30 women that actually made it out!! The hosts were phenomenal!! I know I bugged the heck out of Ms. Tammy and Ms. Elisabeth!! You all were great and we will return again for sure!!Only minor issue was bitting bugs in one of the bedrooms. After washing bed linens, no more signs or issues. Unsure how long cabin was in use before my group came in early June 2026. Only suggest prior to renting to have maintenance fumigate! Overall we give you all a 12 on a 1-10 scale!!!"

"Nice clean cabin with everything we needed. The cabin is right off of a main road, but seems secluded because trees line the front of the property. There is no steep drive compared to some of the cabins in the area, but there are no views either. We did have a couple of minor issues and Magnolia Properties quickly rectified them."

"This cabin was absolutely so wonderful. My daughter described it as so cozy!!!!! It was very clean, had everything we needed and we loved the front porch The host were amazing with keeping in contact with me and making sure they met our needs. Will definitely recommend to others!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to stay again in the future!! The sound of the flowing water out back was amazing! I will say it is a tight squeeze on the drive into the cabin so be mindful if driving a large vehicle or pulling a trailer. We had a 5x8 U-Haul on the back of a mid sized SUV and were able to get in ok but it took some maneuvering to back it in. Definitely doable though and the covered parking is great!!"

"Franklin and Sue were terrific hosts! They made our extended family group feel so welcome and taken care of. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a smores kit, popcorn to make and eat in the theatre, and 2 teddy bears for the little ones. The entire family throughly enjoyed the theater as well as the pool and hot tub! We had one night where our neighbors were really loud after curfew, but a quick email to Franklin and Sue in the morning and the the problem was nipped in the bud! If I had to suggest one thing it would be a deep clean of the house (windows could use a wipe down and the removal of cobwebs in high places). All in all, my large family had a wonderful time and we would stay here again!"
