"I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. Holiday Inn Norwich by IHG

Holiday Inn Norwich by IHG

8/10 Good
"Accessible room. We love the spacious room with a fridge (so useful for some medication). The room was clean and stocked with basic tea, coffee and milk. The bed is a double. We would prefer a king-size but there would be less space around the bed. The mattress was very soft and not supportive. It was awkward, as people with reduced mobility, to sit on the side of the bed...my partner slid off. Also the bedside tables are tiny. More space is needed for medical equipment used at night plus a socket on each side of the bed is necessary. This is obviously specific to our medical needs and generally the room and stay was excellent. The food was also fantastic. The continental breakfast was great and dinner was very good. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The only thing missing was sliced lemon (or similar) to go in the G&T!"
