"We arrived right at check-in time at 4:00 and were informed that our room wasn't ready, despite having already paid for the room and arriving at the check-in time. Of course this was frustrating, but they had the room ready before I finished the check-in process. Then we went to the room and when we tried to rent a movie (at the cost of $30!) for our children to watch with their babysitter while we went downstairs to a concert (the entire reason we went there) and it wouldn't let me rent a movie, saying that I wasn't checked in. I cashed the front desk and was told I needed to come downstairs to deal with it. So I did, and stood in line... again. They couldn't resolve the issue, so I changed rooms, which was also incredibly frustrating. Lastly, of course it's a casino, but it smelled so badly of cigarettes and one of the elevators was broken, making getting up and down between the floors incredibly time consuming. For $330 for one night, I would've expected much better."

"This was a great place for our family of five. All had comfortable sleeping situations and plenty of room in the condo itself. Having a kitchen was a BIG plus witha family of 5 and numerous meal requests. The property was well maintained and family friendly. We come to the desert often for weekend getaways, we will definitly be returing!!"

"Great place to stay over the weekend. Staff were quick to respond to an air conditioner issue. Outdoor pool was clear and lovely to swim in. Nice coffee service at the desk in the morning. Great little sitting areas both inside and outside. 1960s ambiance with updates. Will stay here again on my next trip for sure. Close within walking distance to all shops. Awesome little breakfast restaurant around the corner. Champion level service all around at hotel. Very responsive staff. Love it!"

"Okay, to be fair, it is off season, however the web site did not indicate that everything would be closed. We got there on Sunday before Memorial Day and there was a DJ and the pool bar was open. However, come Monday, the hotel was pretty empty. No pool bar, no restaurants , no bar inside, no coffee, nothing! There is an area for essentials, but nothing special. I really thought we were going to get room service! (as the web site indicates) The pool area was never cleaned again after the party on Sunday. (we were there until Wednesday) The day beds and cabanas are filthy. The sheets are ripped, stained, mix mathched cushions, broken ceiling fan, holes in the cushions, spilled drinks and empty cups and cans everywhere. There was trash on the grounds (we picked it up if we saw it), we never received housekeeping once. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't shut and there was food debris under the beds. They had a very small staff on the preimse due to off season, I just wish the website was clear about that. However, the shuttle did pick me up (the shuttle desperately needs a wash), the ice machine worked, the hotel is near everything which was great. The hotel could have potential, it needs a make over and new management."
