"There was a problem with the check in, because I thought the entrance was on the other side of the house, so I had to wait a bit until I received the right information from the host. Besides that, everything was good and the apartment was nice and clean. I enjoyed staying there for a couple of nights."

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"Appartement ist super eingerichtet. Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr sauber in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Innenstadt in ca. 25 min zu Fuß erreichbar!"

"We had great time there"

"Pros: Space of the lodge. Quitte beautiful nature and very friendly hosts! Cons: Everything was perfect. No complaints at all!!"
