"Our stay was perfect for our purposes. We had a one night reservation here followed by a one night reservation at Pairi Daiza. We wanted to be close to Pairi Daiza so that we could go to the zoo early on the day of our planned arrival. Rather than being just a useful location, Hotel du Parc turned out to be very charming. The room was spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The town of Ath is lovely with a lot of restaurants, bars, and little shops to stroll in and out...

"We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. "Clean, tastefully designed, boutique hotel. Good location for a base to travel to many places in Belgium. My family absolutely loved it. Breakfast was delicious, the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. "

"We had a long weekend in Geraardsbergen for a wedding and a little couples break. The hotel was very nice and it was a great location right in the middle of town. So everything was in walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and they offer a lovely choice of breakfast. I we every go back I would definingly stay there again."

This makes it very suitable for travellers and families, especially the spacious family room we’ve booked. The room was well equiped with a practical bathroom. "Very quirky & totally unique! Very friendly owner, easy transport links to pairi daiza (our reason for visiting belguim) not much else around this area but a great experience for a 2 night stay "
