"The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable enough. It was also fairly inexpensive, making it a worthwhile option for a couple's long weekend getaway. However, many aspects could be improved. First of all, it's tiny. Which would not be problem, because that was implied before booking. But the toilet and separate shower room are seemingly in a low-ceiling-container that was placed inside the high-ceiling bedroom. Those are so low, that when you are 1,85m tall, you hit the ceiling when using a hairdryer. Then there is the kitchen. It "

"Overall, stay was ok. The kitchen was fully equipped and room was quite clean. Room cleaning comes every 5 days (only towels and bed sheets changing and cleaning up the rubbish bins, no touched in the kitchen sink). But Internet was quite unstable during weekends and weekday nights so, I ended up to use personal hotspot from my iphone instead. Laundry was quite troublesome to pay by all coins without coin exchange machines. Reception (office, 3rd floor) only opens between Monday to Friday for limited hours, I do not recommend anyone to check-in on weekends. Also, it was very difficult to find how to enter the apartment (only a card key allows to enter) so, I ended up to call the hotel to open the door. Easy to take train (S Bahn, S7) and bus stops (134, 53) to get the city and Harras station which are 5-10 mins walk distance from the apartment. But inconvenient to go to supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, dm, etc). Only a few restaurants are available near the apartment. "

"First good things: the staff at the reception was very friendly, breakfast was good and room was clean. Now what we did not like: the room was extremely small. It would be still ok, but we were on 3rd floor which is under the roof, and outer wall is angled, so every time you approach the head is f the bed you can bump your head with ceiling. Also when getting out of the bed you have to be careful not to bump your head. The coat hooks located in the place where if you hang two coats they block the way to the bed. There were only 3 hangers for two people in wardrobe. No complimentary bottled water in the room ( we stayed in many hotels in Germany and they provided water). Bathroom is tiny, with no space to put toiletries near the sink. The towel hook is not actually the hook: it is a rod about 5 cm long (or short?), so the towel keeps falling on the floor all the time. There was no hand lotion or shower cap. While I understand that they can’t make the bathroom bigger, it is still possible to mount a wall shelf for toiletries, mount real hook for towels and provide a water for €100+ a night room."
