Birthday getaway!

We stayed 3 nights here for a birthday getaway. The location was perfect…right on the river…and we were able to walk to many restaurants and downtown. Parking was readily accessible in front. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the amenities. Great place to stay!

My family met up in Helen for early Thanksgiving family get together and we had the best time. The location is in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants and the condo has lots of room and the kids loved being off the Chattahoochie river. The manager/ owner is very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend.

What a fun weekend!

This place was so much fun to stay at. We mainly used the apartment as a sleep and shower location. It was very clean and comfortable with nice blackout curtains! It is perfectly situated on the river where there is a small island, perfect for wading out and setting up some chairs watching the tubers go by. It is also just a short 10 min walk to downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfy beds

We enjoyed our stay. The apt is located within walking distance to Main street and the river runs behind it. The beds slept comfortably and as others have mentioned, the lower bunk is tight. We didn’t have to use it so it wasn’t an issue for us. I’d recommend this place for anyone visiting Helen and looking for a convenient location.

Great Location!

The location to everything was amazing. The bunkbeds however are very small for adult females and the sleeper couches bed did not seem to have been cleaned in a while. All the other bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bathrooms also had plenty of towels which was great. Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed for the bachelorette party.

Wonderful Condo on the river!

Extremely quite and super comfortable place to stay on the first floor of the building. Owner was extremely easy to work with and there was no hassle checking in and out. Within walking distance to all restaurants and attractions. The river was extremely peaceful and the house is located next to a city park with a playground and swings. Very accommodating for my girls(10rs old, 14yrs old) and especially for my service animal. Would recommend to any one and will stay again next time in Helen.

Perfect location

Great location, and loved having 3 full baths. Neighbors noisy going in and out of their sliders at night, but not the hosts fault. Keurig not working. But again, great location to everything and felt quite safe walking in the evenings.

We had a really good time. The condo has a perfect location and great parking situation. The architecture is kind of odd as all the decking/balconies are shared and the other renters can easily see inside the unit if you leave all the curtains/shades open. It is very dark and the unit desperately needs more lamps and brighter bulbs. We had a lot of trouble getting the tv to work. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy though.

Condo was great for what we needed. 3 full baths were nice to have. Loved the location, within walking distance of downtown. The common shared deck was not an issue for us, we seemed to be the only ones who used it. For those looking to grill out, the unit itself does not have a grill. It is a shared one for the building; a public park type one. Be prepared to bring tin foil or something as the unit did not have any for us to use for the grill. Other than one night we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo itself. We loved how close everything was, we were in town for the Oktoberfest.

Right in the center of it all in Helen. And was a fair price. But the unit is just a rental and is slowly being beat down from use. It’s clear the owners rarely see the unit. The unit is cramped, and dark. Really dark. We could never get the TV to work in the den - the remotes were missing battery covers and batteries were missing or dead. The comms were ok, but inflexible. And to top it off - it just wasn’t clean. Most of Helen has gotten to that point I suppose - if you insist on the great location.

Great location for walking to all attractions

The location was excellent and upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Property would have been excellent for 5 - 6 adults. Property pictures make the living area look much larger than it actually is, was a little crowded for 8 adults to be in living room and kitchen was difficult with 2 adults trying to get to items. The listed 3rd bedroom with the twin beds was virtually useless except for the top bunk. No closet, door was nailed open, no one could get into the bottom bunk, (to close to top bunk). In order to get onto the top bunk, we had to use the ladder from the utility closet, the bed is so close to the walls not even a very thin 15-year-old could use the ladder attached to the end of the bed to climb up. Also had to add a garbage bag to cover window, because spotlights from property across the street shine right into this room. Maybe should state that only small children can utilize bunk beds.

Weekend birthday trip

The property is very nice and walkable to everything.. The apartment is beautiful and sits right on the creek with a cute play area. We really enjoyed our stay.
