The area offers beautiful nature and is ideal for long walks on the beach. Or try the hiking trail "Rundt om Noret", which takes you through a unique nature area with rich bird and plant life.



Hejlsminde has a small cozy boat harbor as well as some restaurants and an ice house. Not far from Hejlsminde is the beautiful nature area Skamlingsbanken with a historical visitor center. Here you can experience Denmark's national monuments and the surrounding landscape. Hejlsminde is situated between the towns of Kolding and Christiansfeld, both of which have much to offer. Christiansfeld is a cozy town with cobbled streets and old beautiful houses where you will find cafes and small unique stores. The town is best known for its delicious gingerbread and has also been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Kolding you will find a variety of experiences for children and adults. Here you can visit the Trapholt Art Museum, Koldinghus Castle or the swimming pool. The pedestrian streets with their cozy cafes and the Kolding Storcenter with cinema and many stores invites you to store and stroll through the city.
