"The staff when I checked in (Harry) was very very good and friendly, he was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I was disappointed as the hotel had bed bugs. I spent whole night itching and scratching. When I woke up, my whole body had bites and all red. Very uncomfortable, I informed the lady in the reception but she was not understanding and at most she said she will send the cleaner to clean the room. Not happy with that outcome "

The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided.
