"Very good spot for swimming and dock fishing: lake, dock, chairs in the yard, deck. We enjoyed our family reunion here.However, be prepared to walk in with your own amenities ie: laundry detergent, paper towels, cooking oils, spices including salt an pepper, Keurig pods, extra TP, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap as nothing like was provided, which was inconvenient not to have anything to use the Very first day."

"Exactly what we were looking for. I spent a wonderful week here with my daughter and my dog. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We enjoyed the lake view and spent time on the water using the kayaks and paddle boards. We also took advantage of the fire pit and grill. Everything was in good condition and very comfortable."

"This place had the softest most comfortable bedding I have ever felt in my entire life and I have stayed in probably a hundred different hotels. If being comfortable in bed is your priority in a hotel, you cannot get any better than this! They have garages which is unheard of for a hotel, however I did not get one because not every unit has one and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get a unit that had a garage, it wasn't that important but if having a garage is important to you, this is quite a bonus! It is within walking distance to a couple of gas stations and a dollar store and a park. Amazing location!"

"It's a beautiful place, we loved the porch and the kitchen. The flooring upstairs looks original. If Lance refinishes it, it will be fantastic. The bathrooms were large and upgraded.Some things to consider:1. The house is not on the lake. It's across the street. The dock is narrow and rickety. 2. Blackout curtains would be nice for the bedrooms. 3. A real fire pit with some chairs. 4. The big bath tub is a nice touch, but maybe add a shower attachment and a shower ring. We didnt use the tub so nine people shared two showers. Lance was responsive and we had a great time as a family just relaxing."

"We had a wonderful stay. The backyard next to the lake was a perfect place to read and relax. We used the kayaks to explore the shoreline. The cabin had everything we needed and was perfect for our week long stay while our son got married in Elysian. Thank you!"
