"早朝に空港着の為、空港近くの当該ホテルに宿泊しました。クリスマスイブだったが、ホテルにそれらしさは全くない。まあ、欧米系ではないので仕方無いが。またシーズンと空港近辺ということなのか宿泊費も3つ星にしては高額でした。ホテルはロビーが狭いのに、中国人の100レベルの団体と重なり、チェックイン手続きは延々。エレベーターも混雑が続く。ロビー横のレストラン？みたいな所にワルン(屋台)があり、美味しそうな鶏ガラスープの肉団子ラーメン(アヤムミーバソ)を販売していた。22時まで営業していますとの事なので、18:30から30分間毎に3回行きましたが、結局ずーっとクローズで、夕食たべられず。持っていたカップヌードルを食べようと思ってフロントに熱湯がないか聞きに行ったが、無いとのつれない返事。部屋は古い感じで、歯ブラシもアメニティも無し。夜中に蚊に3回4箇所刺され寝られず。最悪の一晩でした。"

"Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Even though there was no hot water the shower only...
