The Space:

Morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows, casting a soft glow across the living space as the surrounding greens begin to bloom. Step outside onto the deck with a cup of coffee, where cool spring air and views of the golf course set a peaceful tone for the day. As evening settles in, the hot tub invites you to unwind beneath clear skies, while the screened porch offers a comfortable place to gather and relax.



Living space

The open living area is centered around floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. Comfortable seating creates a place to gather, while the electric fireplace adds a gentle warmth on cooler spring nights. A Smart TV and Nintendo Switch provide options for movie nights or games, and Wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming and remote work.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a dining area that offers seating for your group. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or sharing dinner after time outdoors, the layout keeps everyone connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The cabin accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - First floor with a king bed and a full bathroom

Bedroom 2 - Second floor with a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom

Bedroom 3 - Second floor with four twin beds, including one trundle, and access to the shared bathroom

Memory foam mattresses, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with clothing storage. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair are available for younger guests.



Outdoor living

The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying the natural setting. The deck overlooks the golf course, while the screened porch includes a dining table, Roku TV, and electric heaters for added comfort during cooler evenings. A hot tub offers a place to relax at the end of the day, and the fire pit creates a simple gathering spot. A BBQ grill: charcoal, gas is available for outdoor cooking, and the private backyard provides open space on the property.



Amenities & practical features

Central heating, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout your stay. A washer and dryer are available in the home, along with bathroom essentials. The property includes a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and self check-in with a smart lock.



Pet-Friendly

Bring your furry friends! We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Resort access

Located within The Woods Resort, the cabin provides access to a range of shared amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, large whirlpool, tennis court, racquetball court, multi-purpose court, and a fully equipped exercise room. Guest passes are provided for use during your stay.



In the area

The surrounding region offers a mix of outdoor activities and local destinations within driving distance. Nearby options include The Woods Golf Course, Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon Resort State Park, and the Old Roman Bathhouse. Local stops such as Spring Valley Farmers Market and Black Draft Farm & Distillery offer a chance to explore the area, while Antietam National Battlefield, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, and Shenandoah National Park provide opportunities for hiking, sightseeing, and learning about the region’s history.



The Sports Center is members-only, but we’ve set aside complimentary guest passes just for you! Passes will be available at the property—check the house manual for details on where to find them. If you need more during your stay, simply reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!
