"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
"Room was clean. Ceiling had missing paint though. Staff were very friendly. Not sure why there was a scarcity of toilet paper. Multiple guests asked and was told to ask at the front desk and they didn’t have. You can’t start a stay with less than half a roll and no one replenishes it! "
"Pool was under construction, waitress in the restaurant was not sanitary (hands in her mouth and unfortunately nose) and restaurant was dirty probably from the night before. Water took very long to get hot. Rooms were very dark and closet door was broken. There was an issue with people above us after midnight and the front desk did nothing to try to fix it. Shuttle was convenient. The front desk manager/attendant was not very professional, eating behind the counter and bad mouthing other employees."
Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks / Bradley Intl Airport
2/10 Terrible
"The place should demolished and rebuilt! Guessing there are health and safety violations. Some switch’s in the room didn’t work. Heat/AC unit made terrible noise. Bathroom door was delaminated and wouldn’t close. Carpets where beyond point where they could be cleaned, both in room and in hallways. Window curtains were falling down. Bed blankets were so thin, they provided no warmth. No extra blankets were available. Staff was nice enough, but they don’t have much to work with. "
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Uncasville Casino Area
10/10 Excellent
"Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. I would definitely stay here again!"
