"While checking in they informed me that they didn't have the suite available that I booked. They tried 4 different rooms to put us in. 1st one a/c didn't work, 2nd one shower handle broke off can't shower. 3rd one had overwhelming smell of urine. 4th one we finally agreed to although it WASN'T a suite. It was a standard room. Took a shower and the vent looked like a devise was in the ceiling, very uncomfortable feeling. Pulled the blanket back and OMG! NO! Hair, lots of it. Pubes along...
