Fabulous weekend!

Our family had the best weekend celebrating two birthdays at Xanadu! The property is gorgeous, the setting so peaceful, the amenities limitless and the proximity to town and wineries was perfect!!! We can’t recommend Xanadu enough for your next vacation!!

Have been wanting to stay at Xanadu for some time and it was just as listed. Perfect base for our wine tours in Napa and the surrounding area. First time in Healdsburg and it was great to spend time in a small town with lots of entertainment and charm.

Relaxation and lots of space

We had a lovely time as a group of 7. There were lots of seating and dining areas for us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of space for everyone to hang out together around the island. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. And the A/C worked great !!

Spectacular stay !!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Xanadu property. Everything was just as advertised on VRBO, with a huge spacious main living area and private bedrooms. The views and mountain setting exceeded our expectations and we were just 6 min from the quaint town of Healdsburg. The owners have appointed the house well and are fantastic. They were super responsive, helpful with questions and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our entire party of 6 adults would go back in a heartbeat.

Wine Trip

Several friends got together to stay at Xanadu Healdsburg and do Wine Tasting at several wineries. We also enjoyed the Healdsburg Square for shopping and food!! The house was exactly as they had listed and it was well taken care of. It was an idyllic trip. We also took a couple days and drove to Bodega Bay and Napa. Great location to base our trip from!!

Best place for a girls weekend!!!

We loved this property! We did a mini high school reunion with friends from 40 years ago. The house was amazing and did not disappoint at all. We laid by the pool, played cards outside. Close to Healdsburg Square (7 minutes away). This trip was beyond all our expectations and the house was clean and big and the view was amazing. Recommend for a group of 8 or less. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Property, Well-Maintained and Stocked, Unfortunately Close to Highway

This home is beautiful, clean and very well-stocked. The real star of the property is the gorgeous outdoor space with the beautiful pool, many lounge chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub functioned perfectly and were the perfect temperature. Very easy to cover and open. Loved the horseshoes, sand volleyball and large deck areas. (Side note: Some of the umbrellas need a heavier base b/c they weren't able to withstand the wind.) The kitchen had everything we could need. Especially appreciate salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. basics already being there. My only real complaint about this property is the proximity to 101. I didn't realize this when I booked. When you are lying out by the pool you are effectively looking directly at the freeway (across a beautiful flat meadow but you can hear and see it). We still had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you.

A Must See Property!

This property does not disappoint. It was perfect for our stay of 4 couples to head to CA. The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. There is so much space to spread out on this property. We could not have been more happy with the space and amenities offered on this listing. Highly suggest staying here if you are visiting local wineries and breweries. We all would stay here again, hopefully in the near future.

Nice property, wish they would have disclosed the proximity to the 101. Also wi-fi was poor at best. One bedroom unusable due to shade not functioning and the infinity edge on the pool did not function the entire week due to pump failure. That was disappointing. On the plus side, pool area was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed.

Well I can see why this is always booked out. We had the most amazing time at this hone.

It’s worth every penny. This house was amazing. It had everything you think of. Huge open space inside and out. The only I could that the house didn’t have was more shade. Thank god I brought my pop up tent for shade. It gets really hot on the deck which my pop up tent cane into play. The flies was a problem but can’t do much about that. 5🌟100%

Beautiful home in healdsburg!

Stunning property in healdsburg. The outdoor space is incredible with the bocce, horseshoes, volleyball, heated pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are all well appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house with great pool

This house is modern, clean, comfortable, and 5-star all the way. Layout is nice with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom - perfect for two families with kids. The kitchen is well stocked, the home instructions were clear, and the property manager was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. And oh the pool! We all agreed it was one of the best pools we’ve swam in - clean, heated, and didn’t feel overloaded with chemicals. Things to note: Internet was not high speed but cell service was good (not an issue for our vacation.) Also it would be nice if there were 2 extra pool towels since the house sleeps 8.
