Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there. We were also disappointed that the location was not as advertised. When we booked, it indicated the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, but that was not our experience. The hotel is outside central London, so getting to many of the city’s attractions required train rides or Uber trips, which added travel time and reduced the amount of time we had for sightseeing.

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for our wedding in Chelsea, it was everything we wanted and more. From check in to check out we were made to feel completely at home. If you are looking for a beautiful, high quality hotel in London we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it’s wonderful staff.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, la habitación muy funcional y con buena distribución. El personal está divido unos muy muy amables, atentos y afables y otros todo lo contrario. La limpieza buena. Si es una buena opción, solo considerar que no todo el personal se conduce igual.
