"The a/c in our room didn’t get cold… I was told I could have a fan the only one they had no one brought me one … that morning It was so hot about 2 a.m. I called the front desk to complain, I was told I could come down and get the only fan I went…. the front desk lady said they would send someone from maintenance because the young lady earlier that day wasn’t the person to fix it although she came to do whatever and she saw it wasn’t working properly… but no maintenance came… stuck with fan… and...

"Loved the hotel. The breakfast was cheap ($5 per person) and had plenty of choices. The dinner at the same restaurant was also very good and priced right. They have a kids menu. My son loved the very busy pool, and had a lot of fun. My husband and I enjoyed the gym. It had everything we needed. We did our laundry a couple of times at the hotel, with no problems. The Ford museum is a few miles away so we didn’t deal with any traffic. The staff always responded promptly to anything we needed."

"The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all."

"I was skeptical at first, but my experienced was excellent all throughout. The important for me is cleanliness, it’s a 5 stars. The room and the bathroom is great. No complaint plus for the price is another 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and they do follow up with you throughout your stay to make sure you are satisfied, I will stay here again in a heart beat,"

"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...
