The Lofts at Three Rivers

This five bedroom, two and a half bath loft that sleeps 10 sits above our insurance agency and ice cream/gift shop.A 100 year old renovated building with original wood floors and exposed brick walls.You will be mins from Breaks Interstate Park. Direct access to the Spearhead Trail System. Free use of kayaks and paddles.Welcome to the Mountains!
Walking distance to a pharmacy, dollar store, post office,coffee shop, ice cream and gift shop, and a medical clinic.

Worked out perfectly

The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space.

Riding Spearhead Trails Weekend

Loved the property. Plenty living space for our group of 8. Very Clean. Right in town easy walk to 2 restaurants, coffee shop, Dollar General. Host responded very quickly with couple questions we had. Nothing against host but just be aware the parking across the street is very limited, it is not open parking where a truck and trailer can pull in. We had 5 trucks with trailers, and it was not easy to park them. We would definitely stay here again though!

Nice place to stay!

There’s not really anything to do in the small town of Haysi, but this location is only about 15-20 from Breaks Interstate Park, which has plenty hiking trails & has a good place to eat at the lodge. This place has plenty of privacy for everyone staying with you & very roomy. The inside of cabinets could be cleaned somewhat better, as well as, the kayaks need cleaned. Rita answered any questions I had about checking in, because I did not receive early instructions, & we didn’t receive any instructions for check out. However, it will amaze anyone at how big the place is compared to the pictures, & although it was loud out on the street at times at night, I would still recommend this place to anyone.

Home away from home

This place is perfect for our yearly family reunion in Haysi,Va! The place is comfortable and has enough rooms to accommodate our family!. It’s a gem in the mountains! You will not be disappointed! The back porch area is our favorite place to sit and drink coffee in the morning!

We loved Haysi

It was such a fun property so close to Breaks Interstate Park. The 4 rooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space and we could cook in the kitchen and wash our clothes after a day of fun at the park!

The Lofts was very nice! Beautiful hardwood flooring, the bathroom in the king bedroom was AMAZING. The outside deck was a wonderful surprise! We stayed 2 nights and will definitely go back !
