"Everything was amazing"

"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."

"Expedia did not relay accurate information from the hotel when we had to delay our check in by one day. When we tried to check in the hotel reception told Expedia it would be considered a no show. So we went to another hotel. Apparently Expedia has staff that are not to be trusted to accurately relay information. We will no longer use Expedia."

"Great lobby/sitting area. Lots of travelers playing games and being social. Nice vibe."

"The good- Lots of parking at both front and rear entrances. We checked-in in the morning at 11:30, but did not access our room until 10 pm that night. We stayed only only one night. a Saturday. Our room was on the highway facing side of the hallway. The reading lights between the heads of the two queen beds could not be turned on or off. The initial proposal from an employee checking the situation out was we move the free standing floor lamp over to the beds, or, wait until the next day and...

"No Continental Breakfast as was advertised. Overall very good accommodations."
