"This was a beautiful little hotel in the cute little community of Clayton. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. It's very clean and well decorated with art from local artists, some of which is for sale. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Great couple poles get away location for someone looking for a relaxing weekend. It is furly close to many of the main attractions in the area, but still far away from the busyness. It is walking distance from a fair grounds where they have a lot of events over the summer. Be aware that although it's not a smoking hotel rooms, guests staying in rooms with balcony are allowed to smoke."

"The property is beautiful. Its going through some renovations so you must be aware that there is construction going on. When the renovations are finished we will definitely be back. It looks like it's going to be an amazing place."

"We ended up upgrading to a cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabins were private, clean, perfect size and beautiful views. All the employees were very nice, the restaurant on the property had great food and a live musician (Mr. Miller was fantastic). We will definitely be back! We also went to the close vineyard and had a great time there as well. My husband really enjoyed the wine (I don’t drink wine). I enjoyed the cheese and crackers"

"I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out."

"The cabin was clean and well equipped except for the kitchen which could have used some pot holders and dish towels. The phone did not work as listed so there was no form of communication from the cabin.Other than that we really enjoyed the property. Being right on the creek was a plus."

"This home was absolutely amazing—peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it's the little touches that truly make this place special. From providing birdseed and corn to attract the deer to having extra amenities available for guests traveling with their dogs, Bob and Ann have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming experience.The river was beautiful, and we even enjoyed a little fly fishing during our stay. Everything about this property made it the perfect getaway. Bob and Ann have created something truly special, and we are so grateful they shared their home with us. We can't wait to return!"
