"A nice simple rental with all the amenities you would get at an extended stay hotel plus a washer and dryer if you needed it. Looks like this was very recently built so everything was in really good condition. Parking was a little tricky with 5 spaces plus a handicapped spot for the four rental units and we were in a big crew cab pickup. "Exceptionally clean. Great for a family. A little small but ok if you aren’t hanging out here during the day; however there is a beautiful sitting area w large table outside we did not get to enjoy because we were gone during the day. Also make note the 5th person will be on a blow up mattress not a fold out couch. Again very clean and also good location across from McMurry college."
