"Location is good and easy to get to. The staff are very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, cozy, with some space. The beds are a bit firm for me but it was sufficient. They felt like spring mattresses and the breakfast seem to be packaged microwaved eggs, sausage, and bacon, but those are my only complaints of the property and just my opinion. Great Hotel!!!"

"IT WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! The room was so dirty there was poop on the toilet and the walls. The shower had holes all over the acrylic walls. I threw all my clothes away and expect to be reimbursed for that, plus the new clothes I had to buy to not spread the bed bugs to the rest of my trip, and I expect to be reimbursed for the hotel room I ended up getting at the closet hotel possible. This is unacceptable. "

"This may be the lowest end place in Lake Havasu. If you want to be embarrassed stay here. Office chair broken, shower broken, towel holder fell of the wall, hair all in bathroom, outlets broken. I needed new room keys 7 times cuz they just stop working. I mean it’s like they were giving up and this hotel is at its last part of its life. "
