When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. Despues tuve muchos problemas para que se me reembolsara el dinero. Viajo mucho, y esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido con diferencia."

"Amazing!!! Everything was perfect, gave all the necessary things. There was detergent for the washing machine, soaps, body wash etc. Everything was very clean. Owner sent me a message day before check in guiding me through everything i would need and how to check. This was very helpful in case i forgot to message regarding check in myself. 10/10 would recommend!!"
