"I just got back from an incredible week at Bahia Principe grand la romana , and I have to say, the highlight was hands-down the staff. This place already has beautiful beaches, great pools, and solid food, but what made it unforgettable was the exceptional service from Super Felix and his incredible crew. Super Felix is a legend! From the moment we arrived, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every single day was fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Whether it was organizing activities, checking in to see if we needed anything, or just bringing that infectious energy that turns a good vacation into a great one, Felix and his crew were always smiling, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family – seriously, shoutout to the whole group for keeping the spirit high and everything running so smoothly! At the bar, Alexis and Roberto were absolute stars. These guys mix the best cocktails I've had in the Dominican Republic – creative, strong when you want it, perfectly balanced, and always with a smile. Alexis has this magic touch with tropical drinks (his piña coladas were next-level), and Roberto kept the good times rolling with his jokes and quick service, even during peak hours. They remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and made every visit to the bar feel special. If you're staying here, head straight to their station – you won't be disappointed!"

"The staff were fantastic and the entertainment team were very engaging and friendly. The resort is smaller but amazing. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is also a highlight. However the bungalow we had seemed to be infested with cockroaches, when we spoke to the front desk they had just told us it’s expected in somewhere tropical but this wasn’t just a handful it was dozens and even went into our bags and now we need to throw them on the balcony to kill them in the cold and thoroughly wash/clean everything down. Many people spoke about getting sick, my group was totally okay and we found the buffet food to be really good. Recommend the resorts but maybe not the bungalows if you want to stay away from those roaches. "

"Accommodations were excellent. Clean room, attentive staff, activities available, and great restaurant options. Pools were on the cold side and weather was not great. Bernice at the Preferred Club Bar was amazing. Always interested in our needs and helped make our trip great. Preferred pool, drinks, and food was worth booking."
