"The hotel was clean, beautiful, and unique, with a simple yet chic style that gave it a lot of character. I really appreciated the minimalist design and original atmosphere. The staff was great, welcoming, and helpful. The only downside was having to climb four flights of stairs, which was a bit much, but still manageable. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you appreciate simplicity with a touch of elegance!"

El servicio de los empleados de las barras especialmente la barra de la playa, la señora que nos atendió al parecer no estaba de buen humor cuando le pregunté cual trago me recomendaba probar. 2. No colocan suficientes insumos en las habitaciones. 3. La comida del buffet debe mejorar."

"We (3 person aircrew) stayed here 2 weekends in a row. The buffet food is good. The Dominican Saturday Night theme and food is a bonus. Beach is great. Rooms are generally good..always clean. Sometimes there is no hot water for awhile. Drinks are always plentiful..be careful! The Sports Bar is a nice airconditioned place to hang out. There's a "happening" night club on the weekends..I guess (didn't go, but could hear it from my room!) Nice little gym. Nothing else (shops, resto's) around but you can walk the area for exercise, safely. The biggest problem is Check-In..expect to wait for your room..and I mean WAIT. Hours..as long as 8 or 9 PM ! For some reason people don't seem to check out on time, causing the cleaning staff to be well behind in getting rooms ready for new guests. It should be an easy issue to solve (enforce Check Out Times / Don't allow extensions when you know you are fully booked for incoming guests!) Also..you might reserve a nice King Bed Room Ocean View and end up getting a Double Garden View..with no explantion why and no attempt to resolve the issue. And don't expect to get the published Uber rate heading back to the airport..the drivers will show up and demand double the rate. Expect $40 USD back to airport. Its a scam. All said, however..its a decent place to spend a weekend."

"The staff provides excellent service and the restaurant food is good, but the room could have better quality and finishes. Our towels were old and worn. The lobby and common areas were very hot and it could be nice to evaluate what they can do for a better experience."
