Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a great stay. The property itself is beautiful—well‑maintained grounds, relaxing pool areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The food and drinks were consistently enjoyable, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel special. As a small suggestion, it would be great to see a designated party area with a more modern, youthful music selection for the live DJ—something that still respects the family‑friendly environment but offers a later‑night option for guests who want to dance and enjoy a lively atmosphere responsibly. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable getaway in the Dominican Republic. I look forward to returning."

"Really accommodating, friendly, nice, professional, helpful and available staff. Entertainment staff (Louis, Franklin, Louis, Antonio, Evelin, Yufreisi etc. are great and work really hard with day & evening activities. They have something different every night and try to get everyone involved. We had a great time at all the parties and shows. Bartenders were great, plentiful and super friendly (Dorka, Carlos, Franklin, etc.). Pool and beach are beautifully set up and clean. Rooms are a nice size, full beds & an extra cot they added that was comfortable w/ couch and back porch area. "
