We enjoy the star gazing at night at Tranquil Ridge, so we booked this trip for the peak of a meteor shower, and we were lucky enough to have a front row seat to the aurora borealis as an unexpected bonus! We were able to see it with the naked eye, with no light pollution, and it was simply breathtaking. The bird watching from the cabin and surrounding property is always top tier as well. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, there is no better spot. Ryan is the most responsive and wonderful host, and their cabin is a hidden gem. Can't wait to return again soon!"
