"Nice Hotel Lodge..clean.Beautiful Lodge feel. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the decor. Staff very helpful."

"Nice lobby and friendly staff. Room was on the dark side and on the first floor, very noisy floor above us when guests were walking around. Kept us up at night but perhaps due to the age of the place, this is considered normal."

"Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Our cabin was clean and a good size for two. The cabin is a little worn and dated. The bed was too soft for our taste. The lighting in the cabin needs to be improved for guest comfort. The first night the internet speed was slow and frustrating but the second night it was fast, Our refrigerator froze all the food we were traveling with and they didn’t know how to fix it. The adjacent restaurant was convenient after a long in the park and we enjoyed the food. Felt like maybe the hotel has new owners who are trying to figure it out, so added a star to give some grace. The pool and hot tub were comfortable."

"The bathroom floor could use some attention. Water damage that wasn’t done very well. Otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Power went out during an electrical storm but was restored very quickly. I think i would May the additional cost and stay at Ruby’s Inn."

"We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the property. Our cabin was modern and clean. Loved the fire pit with chairs and the diner right across the street. We only have two concerns. First, we paid for a Premier Cabin, Mountain View. From no window or our front porch did we have any view of any mountain. And second, the bath towels were tough as sandpaper. But still would stay again and recommend highly."
