"Very nice property. Very spacious room. Staff very friendly. Great location right on Hwy51 leading into town. Fall colors were beautiful. According to info in the room the units are actually condos. Has cups, bowls, glasses etc in the room. The only odd thing is when you get breakfast you have to take it back to your room to eat. There are trays in the room to carry your breakfast. Would stay again."

"Property was clean and well maintained, fully stocked with supplies and toiletries. Kitchen is also well stocked with dishes and cookware. The house is beautiful and comfortable with a great view of the lake. The area is quiet and rustic, giving a great feel of the Northwoods. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch listening to the loons and other wildlife. St. Germain and Minoqua are both an easy 10 - 15 minute drive away. Shane, our host, was easy to reach and very nice. We had a wonderful Fall vacation on Gilmore Lake."

"It was the absolute perfect stay for our group. We completely loved it. It was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Much bigger than the pictures show. We felt like the house went on forever. The furniture was incredibly comfortable and the property was beautiful."

"This was the perfect little cabin for what we needed. It was clean, well stocked with necessities, had a nice view of the lake, and centrally located to all the area that we wanted to explore. The cabins were very close to each other. Luckily our two closest cabins weren’t occupied so that wasn’t an issue. There was a pier with benches for the guests to share which we utilized frequently. We didn’t swim as this is more of a fishing lake as opposed to a clear swimming lake. So if you don’t mind tight quarters, this is a good choice in a two bedroom cabin."
