"Really great room Lovely pool Breakfast good but would’ve liked a choice of eggs Now the negative why oh why do hotel guests have to pay for parking? It’s a big car park and isn’t near city centre or anywhere that would make lots of non residents want to park there. If you’re using the pool or leisure facilities then you’re able to park for free but hotel guests are charged £8 per night. I have researched lots of other Marriott hotels across the country and even some of the city centre ones offer free parking to their guests. I think it’s a very poor decision to charge your hotel guests to park. "

"Stayed in a refurbished room, large bed, newly decorated shower room, tea, coffee, kettle and bottled water in the room and toiletries in bathroom. Easy free parking, excellent roast dinner on Sunday evening, staff all very helpful throughout our stay. Only one minor improvement would be a checkout at 11:00 instead of 10:00 without having to pay a surcharge. Would definitely recommend."
