"Breakfast advertised but nothing actually available. Kept getting locked out of our rooms. Had to ask for toilet paper and were not given what we asked for. Never got clean towels even though we gave ours to the cleaning people. AC unit cover missing. No smoke detector in 1 room. Checked the fire emergency exit door and it was locked shut. "Worst stay ever. Started off with the AC. I was shown 3 different rooms and non of the AC units were actually blowing how they are supposed to. I only know this because I worked in hotels for 6 years. The ac units were blowing minimally. I was told to give it time and the room would cool off. Litttle did I know time would result in my room not actually being “cooler” until the next morning. Then waking up the next morning the AC unit had leaked water all over the floor completely wetting up my...

"The charges that I have on my card are three times what I was told.The room was gonna cost me. I booked this room for my daughter but I forgot to put her name on the reservation. When she arrived at the hotel, it was a huge disappointment in how the hotel handled this.And how rude the expedia representative was to her. The room was supposed to cost 70 or so dollar and I have 276 on my card This was my wost experience with expedia!!"

"The property was very convenient for downtown attractions. Access was on a less busy street with made it very nice. What could have been improved upon was dishwashing liquid provided, another chair for the dining table and more frequent towel exchanges."
