"Location to beach is great. Decks have great views of the beach. Our family likes to cook, there is no pantry, so we had to leave a lot of items on counter. Their are 4 kitchen drawers filled with cooking tools, (only needed 1) so no room to put other items away. The cabinets need straightened out too. Frying pans not good. Ha do go buy a decent pan."
