"Nice Stay"

"Clean, convenient, comfortable for family travel with pets."

"The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

"Joe was great host. He checked in to ask if we needed anything that was not stocked, but they already had everything we needed. He gave us great recommendations for food. Bogart’s BBQ was THE BEST! The apartment was exceptionally clean! Beds were super comfy. We slept great. Area was very walkable, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Great location for a wonderful stay in STL."

"Great home with character and homage to World Fair is a great touch! Located centrally for easy in and out! Ow era were easy to work with and was a great value. Loved the neighborhood!Thx!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and as expected. Joe was very easy to work with and very responsive with any and all questions we had. We hope to stay again soon."

"Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. "

"Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking"

"I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

"I loved that it was in an older building and there is history there. The best were comfortable, and the apartment was spotless."

"Great weekend get away!Clean, close to everything!"
