Welcome pack. . Back garden with gas BBQ and garden furniture. Bike store. 1 pet welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This beautiful stone-built cottage which dates to the 1800’s offers a comfortable stay within the Nidderdale AONB and is set perfectly just outside the picturesque town of Pateley Bridge.

This semi-detached cottage has recently been renovated by the owner who have given it the love and attention it deserves offering families, couples and friends a perfect holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the stunning Yorkshire Dales has to offer. Kiln Hill Cottage is set over two levels, the living area is a lovely cosy, comfortable space where you can snuggle up and relax in front of the fantastic wood burner which adds character and additional heating with a glass of red after a day exploring the wonderful surrounding area. On the same floor you have a well-presented, well-equipped modern kitchen/diner which has plenty of room for food preparation and dining space. Up one flight of stairs you are greeted by two stylishly decorated and furnished bedroom’s all with luxurious bedding guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. In addition, both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, ideal if going away with friends and couples. A great feature to the property is the separate annex which has been revamped as a games room which presents a pool/table tennis table, bar area and Smart TV. In the summer months you can open the fantastic bi-folding doors onto the artificial lawn and for all you grill enthusiasts get the BBQ fired up for a burger or two. This really is a great place to socialise and have some well-deserved fun with family and friends. To the rear of the cottage, there are two lovely seating areas which are a great place to sit and have a glass of fizz al fresco style or enjoy the fresh morning air with a coffee to get you ready for what adventures lie ahead! One thing is for sure, you are guaranteed a luxurious stay at Kiln Hill Cottage.

The location of Kiln Hill Cottage is perfect, there is so much to see and do in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With the cottage being located just outside Pateley Bridge you have instant access to shops, café’s, restaurants and pubs. The market town of Masham is 10 miles away and, further afield, the cathedral city of Ripon is 40 minutes or the stylish spa town of Harrogate a 45-minute drive. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge.

Immaculately presented cottage

The cottage is immaculately presented, sits just over a mile outside Pateley Bridge and has beautiful views over the valley. It’s ideal for walking, biking or visiting local villages and attractions. Highly recommended.
