Cabin Rentals in Harrison County

"This is a hotel that needs some massive tlc. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. The carpet was taped together at the threshold. The sheets didn’t fit the bed leaving exposed mattress. The furniture had been chewed by a dog. The paint on the walls and doors was in need of a new pant job. While the lady serving breakfast went out of her way, that area needed a facelift. We had stayed here when it first opened. What a sad difference. We will not be staying in a Wyndham again."

"Just avoid this place… especially if travelling with kids. The whole place smells terrible including the rooms. Carpets and furniture are dirty and run down. Exterior exits don’t lock so anyone can enter the hotel from any of the back entrances. Toilet flushed… sometimes. Just a dump. Didn’t see any crack heads or sketchy people so I guess that was the only plus."

"I reserved a room weeks in advance and when I checked in I was told my reserved room was unavailable. "

"Was disappointed that the TV stopped working while I was watching. The front desk clerk was new and didn’t know how to help. It was already 12:30am so I didn’t change rooms. The refrigerator was tipping over so I placed a crushed water bottle under it to stabilize it. Around 2am the refrigerator made a loud high pitched whirling sound. The air conditioner also made loud buzzing motor sounds. Couldn’t sleep."

"Loved this resort and the staff could not have been friendlier and kinder. Food was great and amenities terrific for our family. Highly recommend! "

"Front desk never made eye contact and barely acknowledged our presence. Only spoke when asked a direct question and used as few words as possible. Dealt with her at check in and check out. "
