"I normally love this hotel been there so many times, but the guy that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t like the way he made me put the whole room on my card when I was paying cash now I have to wait for the charges to come off 2 to 4 business days. They put us in a room by construction which smelt wet and we asked to move rooms and got put by construction again, everything else was great as normal just not happy with the cleanliness and being put next to that and moved back by it...

When booking the room, the was no mention that the parking The parking garage is $25 per night, it is overpriced, at that price the monthly cost $750. This is compared to the garage downtown boise unreserved monthly access from $135 to $195, with higher-tier options like the $340/month "Platinum" card giving unlimited access across any garage."
