"Check-in process was very quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all guests. The room was impeccably clean. The bed, pillows, and sheets were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in while staying In a hotel. The location is excellent- with close proximity to the park, shopping, medical center and downtown Hershey. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great price. Room and bathroom were clean. Walk -in shower was nice. Staff were pleasant. Coffee was available at 6 AM. The facility was quiet until someone knocked on another guest's door across the hall. It happened three times, the latest at 10:30 pm. It literally sounded like someone was knocking on our own door and startled us awake. After that, it was pleasantly quiet."

"Favorite place to stay. The staff is kind, knowledge and always willing to help. Area is safe and close to my needs. Normally quite and peaceful. I will be very happy when the hotel is updated and given the TLC it needs to be a stellar facility."
