"Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest."

"The desk manager was very rude! The bed had dust & dirt on it! Bathroom was nasty & key did not work so had to go back to desk to get new one & woman was very rude! I would like to request a refund if possible. Thanks"
