"Meticulously clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing (although not free as stated above). All of the staff members were absolutely wonderful, including the front desk, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff. There were not any super close dining or shopping options walkable from the hotel, but there was a grocery store within a 15 minute walk. The hotel is located very close to a bus stop, so it is easy to get places if you do not have a car. The hotel is also located across the street from the ice arena, which is the reason why we stayed there. We would definitely stay here again."

"Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again. "

Easy check in, no nonsense hotel, everything you need, nice and comfy beds, big and clean bathroom, nice and clean rooms, simple but good pre-packed breakfast, great variety of coffees and tee to choose from, nice and clean diner to eat your breakfast in. nice garden to enjoy life in, if the weather allows you! We were pleasantly surprised with what we got for the price! Not a Luxury hotel, does not look for much on the outside, but all you need inside! I do highly recommend this place! "
