"Avoid the kiosk receptionist recommend for booking travel to Heathrow. It says some kiosk Uber but it is not from uber the company and charges 35 pounds or so for 5 minute trip. Better off take bus or if with luggage call actula uber."

"I was in a room on the ground floor which was right next to the kitchen so heard noise both from people coming in very late and also from people waking up extremely early. Also had 2 tv controls in my room but neither was the correct one for the TV. "

"We didn’t even enter this place. When the taxi stopped outside we realized our error; it was a small private house which someone was renting out. I should have looked at the details more carefully. However my low rating really relates to the difficulty of checking in. They asked us to complete a form which was impossible to do on a phone and troublesome to do on a laptop whilst waiting in the baggage hall at Heathrow. A huge pain. We found a hotel instead."

"I paid a £1 deposit as I was asked and no one showed up to let me into the property so I had to find alternative accommodation without a refund . Please take this property off your list "

"Super hotel, staff can’t do enough to make the stay seamless. Close to the station for getting around and unbelievably quiet for London! Will definitely return!"
