"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

"This place had it all. I honestly was blown away with how beautiful, clean and tidy this place was. So many sweet touches. It was a little tricky to find…but that was my mistake as I didn’t open the pictures the host sent me. He promptly replied to my posts and called me as well. THANK YOU! We loved having a washing machine and full kitchen. There were 2 tv sets which helped! No air conditioning, but the evenings were cool so we just opened up the windows and it cooled right off. "Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... Pričom medzi matracmi sa neustále robila diera.Chýbali maličkosti ako papuče, župan, obuvák či pero s ktorým by ste mohli na papierik zaznačiť čo z minibaru ste konzumovali. "
