"I've been a frequent customer and have stayed here 20+ times; however, due to recent price increase by the owner, it will be my last resort. If upgrades had been made I could understand the increase but it hasn't. This is a bare minimum motel that wants to charge hotel prices. The price does not reflect the conditions and when I told Mr.Patel it was cheaper for me to book online, the online prices suddenly increased."

"Staff was welcoming and pleasant. The environment was quiet so I got the sleep I needed. Parking was plentiful. The building is old, much in need of updating. My room was as clean as possible given its age. The bathroom tile and grout were permanently discolored. The toilet was shaky on its base."
