"Hello everyone the stay was ok but the service was not good at all our ROOM AC WAS TERRIBLE MAKING CRAZY SOUNDS 24 HOURS WE MADE QUITE COMPLAINS BUT OF NO USE NO ONE CAME AT FIXED IT SHEER WASTE OF TIME.WHEN WE CHECKED OUT ON 21ST STILL MAKING COMPLAIN BUT SHE HAD NO COURTESY TO SAY SORRY AND WE WILL DO SOMETHING BUT SHE SAID WE ARE MAKING A NOTE THAT DO NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD SO MUCH ISSUE WITH HILTON WE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES IN PAST OUR ENTIRE FAMILY ALWAYS PREFER...

"the staff was very helpful and the property was very clean and the parking garage had a gate to enter which made it very reassuring after coming back late from a concert and the pillows and bed were very comfortable and we loved the black out curtains."
