"Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others."

It was not easy to access behind you on the tank top. The chairs at the dining table were not very comfortable and there was nasty water in the base of the toilet bowl scrubber. I know the description stated steep stairs to the loft but I didn't realize you could barely stand up once you climbed up there. I did...

"The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house."

The kids, of course, had the first floor with the game room.The grill is electric which I had heard of but never used until this trip. "Excellent location and house! Easily located between Charlevoix and Petoskey. We used the house as a retreat, and it had copious amounts of bedrooms to sleep everyone comfortably. The common areas are decently large, too, for group activities and discussions. Will book again in the future!"

"My family rented this property for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was very clean and we loved the pool table. Would love to stay here in the warmer weather when we can really enjoy the area as it seems to be within walking distance to many shops and restaurants."
